The initial view contains 139 Scopus journal sources and 252 Dimensions article sources, listed separately by database. Choose “All publication sources” to include books, chapters, proceedings, preprints and records without a named article source.
How to read the source directory
Year columns count OAIJSS citation links from documents published in that year. “Citing docs” counts distinct citing document IDs. Database rows are intentionally kept separate, so the same journal can appear once for Scopus and once for Dimensions. Scopus source names, ISSNs, publishers and Journal classification are retained as supplied by Scopus. Dimensions “Article source” means its Article publication type with a named source title; it does not establish Scopus indexing or independently classify every serial as a journal. Missing source metadata remains unfilled. Dimensions source titles may differ from Scopus names.
The focused directory covers 155 Scopus links from 155 documents and 307 Dimensions links from 305 documents. Other source types account for the remaining links. Selecting all source types reconciles the directory to 203 Scopus links / 201 documents and 373 Dimensions links / 369 documents. Where an OAIJSS reference could not be uniquely assigned to a DOI, it is retained in the journal-level count and labelled in article details.
Dimensions incoming links were validated by intersecting cited reference publication IDs with all 266 OAIJSS source-profile IDs. Across all years, this yields exactly 427 links from 422 citing publications. Its 2024, 2025 and 2026 counts match the official annual citation series: 72, 172 and 129.

Sources & method
Scopus · reference-based citation analysis
All 232 result records were exported with their references. The journal name, its variants and the OAIJSS abbreviation were used for retrieval. References were checked against OAIJSS article titles and DOI metadata. Each distinct citing-document/reference pair is counted once: 238 citation links from 232 unique Scopus EIDs. No year or document-type restriction was applied.

Scopus and Dimensions cover different publications and reference links. Their citation totals can overlap and are not directly interchangeable. Figures are a dated snapshot, not a live counter. Crossref metadata was used only to identify article titles and DOIs; Crossref citation counts were not substituted for either requested source. Citation counts describe scholarly use and should be read alongside the articles themselves.
